Qualified as a managing broker, Jan has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Studies (M.E.S.) with specialization in Land Use Policy Analysis as well as a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (Appraisal Specialty). She has also completed the Vancouver Real Estate Board practical program in investment, commercial real estate, industrial real estate, and she has participated in numerous seminars with specific emphasis in negotiation.
